Rick oversees Värde's London and Singapore offices and specializes in private investing activities in Europe and Asia where he leads origination, underwriting, execution and monitoring efforts. Rick has extensive experience with small balance loan portfolio acquisitions, and has directed Värde's efforts in capital equipment markets. He opened Värde's Singapore office in 2008, and moved to London in 2010. Rick joined Värde in 1999 and was named Partner in 2006.
