Rick opened Värde’s Singapore office in 2008 and is responsible for developing the firm’s Asian presence — building the firm’s investment program while forging regional business partnerships. Rick has extensive experience with small balance loan portfolio acquisitions and previously led Värde’s efforts in capital equipment markets. He joined Värde in 1999 and was named Partner in 2006.
