Greg shares responsibility for setting global investment strategy and managing the firm with the other managing partners. He specializes in and oversees commercial real estate investing and the business operations of the firm. Under his direction, Värde has become a leading investor in private transactions, and built a proprietary servicing platform to originate and workout portfolios across a wide range of asset types.
