George Hicks
Founder and Managing Partner




George shares responsibility for setting global investment strategy and managing the firm with the other managing partners. He oversees Värde’s corporate securities, small balance loan and capital equipment investment strategies. George’s legal background has been instrumental in Värde’s success at facilitating numerous restructuring and legal workouts.
